Your desk, right now#

The 6pm class is filling up, the phone is ringing, and the person in front of you wants to know if their membership covers tonight. You are checking one screen for the timetable, another for who has paid, and a notebook for the class pack you sold last week. Take payments at the desk and they are recorded against the right person straight away, so the day's totals add up without a reconciliation ritual. For Spain, invoicing is Verifactus-ready; for Italy, e-invoicing is built in — so a compliant invoice is part of the normal flow, not a separate task.

Because bookings all land in the same list, capacity is unambiguous. The class shows as full when it is full, and you can say yes or no with confidence instead of hedging.

Public sign-up takes the load off#

Let people book and sign up through your public enrolment page, so not every booking has to come through you. The ones that do are quicker, because the student record, the pack, and the payment are all in one flow. Email communications and campaigns live in the same system too, so a reminder or a "your pack is running low" note goes out without you copying lists between tools.
