The ClassWolf service is operated by:

Design Excellent Group SL is duly registered with the Mercantile Registry of the Balearic Islands. Updated registration details (volume, folio and entry number) are available on request at info@classwolf.com.

Purpose of the website

ClassWolf is a multi-tenant cloud platform that helps schools running recurring activities (dance, yoga, fitness, martial arts, music, languages and similar) manage courses, class packs (bonos), attendance, payments and compliant invoicing across the European Union.

The public site at classwolf.com offers general information about the service, lets new schools create an account and routes existing schools to their private workspace. Each school operates on its own subdomain.

Intellectual property

All content on the public site — including the wordmark, the wolf glyph, the product copy, the typography, the visual layout, the source code and the underlying software — is the property of Design Excellent Group SL or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and European Union intellectual-property law. No part of the site or service may be reproduced, modified, distributed or publicly communicated without the prior written consent of Design Excellent Group SL, except for the limited rights granted to customers under the Terms of Service.

Content uploaded by customer schools — including school names, course catalogues, student records and media — remains the property of those schools.

Acceptable use

Visitors agree to use this site lawfully, in good faith and in line with these legal terms. The following are prohibited:

• any use that infringes the rights of Design Excellent Group SL or third parties;
• introducing viruses, malware or any other technically harmful material;
• attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits or other security controls;
• scraping or extracting data through means other than the published API or UI;
• using the site for unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or fraudulent purposes.

Liability

Design Excellent Group SL takes reasonable care to keep the public site available, accurate and free of harmful elements, but does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Excellent Group SL disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

External links on this site are provided for convenience. Design Excellent Group SL does not control the destination sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the public site that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user’s place of residence within the European Union.
