This page explains how ClassWolf uses cookies and similar technologies on the public website at classwolf.com and on the staff application served from app subdomains.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit — for example, that you are signed in, which language you prefer, or that a form has already been submitted. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) work in comparable ways and are covered by this policy.
Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the service to work: sign-in, security tokens, load balancing. These are exempt from the consent requirement of Article 22.2 LSSI in Spain and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
- Functional — remember choices you have made (language, theme) to make the experience smoother. We set them only after you opt in or change a setting that implies consent.
- Analytics — would help us understand how the product is used so we can improve it. ClassWolf currently uses no third-party analytics on the public site. If we add any, we will list them here and request consent before activating them.
- Advertising / profiling — we do not use cookies for advertising or third-party profiling, and we have no plans to.

We will update this list whenever we add or remove cookies. If a third-party embedded component (for example a video, a map or a payment widget) sets its own cookies, those are governed by the privacy policy of the third party concerned.
Your choices
You can decide which non-essential cookies to accept through the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies for classwolf.com from your browser and revisiting the site.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Be aware that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the staff app.
