Is the Cub plan really free forever?
Yes. The Cub plan is free forever, with room for up to 3 courses, 3 teachers and 30 students, enough to get a small school online. When you outgrow it, Starter unlocks everything with no limits.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No, ClassWolf never takes a cut. When online payments arrive you connect your own provider and pay only that provider’s standard processing fee.
Can I migrate my existing student list?
Yes. Students, teachers and contacts can be imported via CSV in two clicks. We never delete records — deactivating preserves the full history.
Where is my data stored?
On EU-based infrastructure. We follow GDPR for consent, retention and deletion. You can export your data at any time.
Do you support partner-dance schools?
Yes — per-role leader / follower capacity, role-aware waitlist, and role-aware enrollment from the public page are all built in.
