Class times, membership and paying online — for martial arts students & parents
For martial arts students and parents: see your class times, manage your membership, pay online and keep track of belts and gradings without chasing the desk.

You just want to know when the next class is, whether this month is paid, and how close your child is to the next belt — without three text messages to the instructor or a queue at the desk. When your martial arts school runs on ClassWolf, the answers are where you can reach them.

What you deal with now#
Class times live in a group chat that scrolls away. The fee is paid by transfer and you are never quite sure it landed. The class pack you bought is a paper card that lives in a kit bag and goes through the wash. Your child's grading date is whatever you half-remember the instructor saying after class. None of it is anywhere you can simply look.
Signing up without the paperwork#
When you join, you do it from a public sign-up page — online, on your phone, in your own time — not by filling in a form at the desk while your kid is already late for warm-up. Your details go straight into the school's system, so the first class is ready when you arrive.
Your class times, where you'd actually look#
You can see the schedule for the classes you or your child are enrolled in, so "is there training on the bank holiday Monday?" is something you check rather than ask. No scrolling back through a chat to find the one message that mattered.
You should be able to see when the next class is and whether you're paid up — without sending a single "quick question" text.
Membership and class packs you can trust#
Whether you are on a monthly membership or a class pack (bono), it is tracked properly. A pack counts down as classes are actually attended and you can see how many are left, so it never turns into an argument at the desk and never quietly disappears in the wash. When it is time to renew, there are no surprises.
Paying online instead of chasing transfers#
Pay for membership or a pack online and have it land where it should, with a proper EU-compliant invoice — Verifactus in Spain, e-invoicing in Italy — if you need one. No "did the transfer go through?", no cash in an envelope you forgot, no awkward reminder at the door.
Belts and gradings, kept clear#
Your or your child's record holds the current belt and the training behind it, so the next grading is not a mystery. The school can let you know when a grading is coming up, so you are never blindsided by "the test is this Saturday" the night before.
One school you can keep up with#
Because the instructors, the front desk and the timetable all run on the same system, what you see lines up with what they see. The fee you paid shows as paid; the class you booked is the class they expect you at; the belt your child earned is the belt the next instructor sees.
It means the dojo can stay focused on the mat, and you can stay on top of class times, payments and gradings — because the whole martial arts school runs on one platform.
